👥 Room Occupancy

Our rooms are strictly for a maximum of two guests. Bringing additional people into the room is not allowed. If this occurs, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

🚭 Non-Smoking Policy We have a strict non-smoking policy throughout the building:

• No smoking in the room.
• bathroom.
• corridor.
• or near open windows.

Smoking is only allowed outside, and you must close the front door behind you.

⚠️ If you smoke indoors, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund and will be charged a €500 cleaning fee.
